Birmingham-based Q10| Lutz Financial Services closed on the financing with Cinnaire for the Trumbull & Porter at 1331 Trumbull Ave. in Detroit to complete work on the 144 rooms, a full-service restaurant, a private dining area and an outdoor bar.
